Reporting a Concern

If you would like to report a concern, please contact Woking CC's Welfare Protection Officer either by phone on 07854 289 841 or by e-mail debbie.aldous@outlook.com

Should the Welfare Protection Officer not be available and you consider the situation to be urgent then please contact either:

Once the immediate safety and welfare of the individual concerned has been established then the Club Welfare Officer will compile a report which will be submitted to British Cycling's Child Protection Team.

If the complaint involves a meber of Woking Cycling, then the Welfare Protection Officer will inform the Committee. A decision will be made whether the person inovlved should be temporarily suspended pending further enquiry.

Every effort will be made to ensure that confidentiality is maintained for all concerned.
